We give sellers all the tools they need to thrive, including digital marketing, editorial content, product photography, payment processing and buyer communication. Our goal is to nurture the origins of the sneaker community and to maintain its authenticity.

Brand Managers serve as the face of a company. They are generally responsible for managing  and handling communications in both directions. Brand Managers are involved in various activities such as communications, PR, social media, events, and content creation.

You will get the opportunity to report directly to the founding team in what is sure to be an industry-changing company. During your stay at Another Lane you will work on projects that will challenge your mind and change the way you see the working world. We move fast but with purpose. 

This role is for a self-motivated individual that needs very little supervision in a startup environment. Being outgoing and having a voice in the digital space will be key alongside being able to speak to total strangers as if you’ve been friends for years. You’ll always be up on the latest news/trends to inform our content calendar.

We are looking for a qualified Brand manager to join our marketing team! If you are a self-driven and ambitious tech-savvy professional we would love to meet you! We are expecting you to be  experienced in social media, PR and promotional events. 

Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.

Responsibilities

  • Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies
  • Provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts
  • Respond to customers in a timely manner
  • Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
  • Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness
  • Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams 
  • Liaise with Development and Sales departments
  • Respond to customers in a timely manner
  • Build relationships with customers, industry professionals and journalists
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a brand manager or similar role
  • Experience planning and leading brand initiatives
  • Ability to identify and track relevant brand KPIs
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
  • Hands on experience with social media management
  • Ability to interpret website traffic
  • Knowledge of online marketing 
  • Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
  • BS degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • Pop culture, streetwear culture creds and/or sneakerhead a plus
