Tinker Hatfield is a legendary sneaker designer that has transformed Nike’s business in multiple ways with both the Air Jordan and Air Max. A few short years after joining Nike, Tink designed the Air Max 1 which showcased Nike’s air technology through a visible window. This technology was originally introduced by Frank Rudy in the late 70s, but it was Tink’s ingenuity of making the air bubble visible in the shoe that solidified the Air Max sneaker as a grail silhouette for years to come. Here are some of our staff picks of Air Max you can shop on AnotherLane.com.
