Hey Fam, you’ve successfully become an Insider and activated your benefits 🙌 If you’re interested in selling kicks, here are the steps on how shoes are sold and shipped:

Receive email that your shoe sold.

Receive second email with pre-populated shipping label for you to print (make sure to have your mailing address in your profile).

Pack up your shoe and all accessories that may come with the shoe. Try to use a box that fits the shoe snug enough so it doesn’t shake when in transit or use packing paper.

If shoe doesn’t pass verification, we will notify you and ship back. You can also check the status of your shipment using mailing tracking number or your store inventory page. 

Receive payment via the method you specified on your application (Zelle, PayPal, Venmo etc..).

Buyer can track status of shoe via tracking number.
